Ambedded provides remote access support to our customers who have purchased the UVS Manager License with technical support. Our regular support hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 AM (GMT+8). 


Please send your support request to our support email support@ambeded.com.tw or your sales representative. We will arrange a schedule with you.


For remote access by team view, you have to download and install our remote support client package on your computer in advance.
